We hope you all had a wonderful week, and that you’re ready for some more tasty treats from Bolliver’s!

We are excited to announce that the Fort Bragg and Willits Farmers Markets are moving back outdoors this week! We hope you will join us this Wednesday in Fort Bragg, and Thursday in Willits, from 3-6 at both locations. It’s always nice to move back outdoors, where the air is fresh, the sun is shining, and there are lots of wonderful foods and produce available from local farmers and food purveyors.

We will be offering all 4 flavors of our Pot Pies, including our mouthwatering Pork Peach & Ginger! If you haven’t tried one of our Pork Pot Pies, they are like a cross between a peach pie and Asian-style Sweet & Sour (minus soy sauce and pineapple); they are truly delicious and one of our personal favorites. Our other Pot Pies are: Chicken, Vegetarian and Lamb & Gorgonzola.

Perhaps the greatest news of all is that we will, once again, be offering our famous Pork Buns! Our indecently delicious buns are like no others, and are made of yeast-raised cornbread, and filled with our wonderfully rich and tasty BBQ Pulled Pork. They go very quickly, so be sure to arrive at the market early to get yours! After we make the buns, we make the remaining dough into full-sized loaves of cornbread, which are also snatched up quickly.

Our Vegetarian Roll-ups and Chinese Chicken Salad Fixings will also be available, as will all 4 flavors of our pies and tarts – Lime Chiffon, Chocolate Cream, Tropical and Strawberry Cream. We will also be offering Rustic Strawberry Rhubarb Tarts and our new Coconut Lemon Cake, which is full of grated coconut and tart lemon. We will also have a few other sweet surprises to tempt you…
