Roasted Portobello Shepherds Pie

This entree is absolutely delicious and very popular!
A rich and savory filling of roasted Portobello and Button mushrooms, sauteed with onions, roasted garlic, celery, sweet red peppers, corn, peas and a touch of Marsala, and then topped with a nice helping of roasted garlic mashed potatoes. If you’re not vegan, vegetarian, nor needing to be gluten-free, please don’t let that deter you – this version of Shepherd’s Pie is wonderful!
